CRANBERRY YAM BAKE 
1 can (40 oz.) yams, drained
12 oz. fresh cranberries (3 c.)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 sm. orange, sliced
1/2 c. pecans (halves)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. mace
1/4 c. brandy
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients except yams. Bake in 2 quart casserole at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir in yams and bake 15 minutes longer.
