GENEVIEVE'S SANDWICH 
10-12 Italian sausage (mild, sweet or hot)
8 green bell peppers, cut in quarters
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Dehydrated onions

Remove casings from sausage and flatten out to fit whichever size buns you are using. Brown sausage in skillet, remove from pan. Cook bell peppers until brown or cooked then add onion soup, garlic and onion powder some dehydrated onions, stir, add a little water if necessary for more liquid to steam. Add sausage to bell pepper mixture and let steam all together to get full flavor simmering slowly. Remove from heat and serve.
