BLUE CHEESE DIP 
7 slices bacon, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. half and half
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
3 tbsp. chopped smoked almonds

In skillet, cook garlic with bacon until crisp. Lift out with slotted spoon. Drain and set aside.

Beat together cream cheese, half and half and blue cheese. Stir in chives, bacon and garlic. Turn into ovenproof dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with crackers. Keep warm over candle warmer.
