CHILI SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix or 2 tbsp. chili powder, onion salt or 1 sm.
onion chopped, salt and pepper
1 lb. spaghetti
2 med. potatoes

Brown hamburger and drain. Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender (approximately 15 minutes). Drain; set aside. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain, set aside.

Combine beef, beans, tomato juice and spices in large soup pan. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add spaghetti and potatoes. Simmer approximately 5 more minutes. Serves several.
