SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
3 c. chopped apples
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (9-inch) pastry crust

Combine sugar, salt and flour. Add sour cream and mix until smooth. Add apples and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle this on top of pie.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F.

Bake for 35 minutes more.
