SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 or 3 c. finely cut apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix flour and sugar. Add vanilla, sour cream and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in apples and salt. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F.

Bake about 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with topping crumbs. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.
