BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 pt. carton cottage cheese (2 c.)
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
3 eggs
4 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. flour

Partially thaw and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased 8x8 casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6.
