BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
8 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli
12 oz. softened cream cheese
1 qt. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. shredded blue cheese
1-1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers

Lightly cook broccoli and drain well. Make a sauce of remaining ingredients (except crackers). Mix all together and put into a greased 12 x 20 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Makes 36 servings.
