MOTHER'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1 lb. ground pork (lean)
1 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. minced parsley
1 can of tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs (20)
1/2 sm. onion, diced

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Shape meat in baking dish that has been greased. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
