CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. parsley
10 oz. ground turkey
8 oz. can sauerkraut
16 leaves of cabbage
6 oz. V-8 juice
6 oz. water

Rinse and set aside sauerkraut. Put cabbage in boiling water to soften leaves.

Mix ground turkey with onion, garlic, paprika, and parsley. Add just enough water to moisten the mixture.

When leaves are ready, measure 1 ounce of mixture for each one and roll up. Place in a casserole dish. Cover with sauerkraut, V-8 juice, 6 ounce water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
