CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
#1:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

LOW-CAL, LOW-FAT:

1 (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese
1 tsp. caramel flavor (Watkins)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 packets artificial sweetener or 2 tbsp. brown sugar

#1: Cream cheese and sugar in food processor. Then add vanilla. Serve with apple wedges.

#2: Same as above. Serve with fruit slices.
