COCONUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add milk, beating well. Add coconut and pour into lightly greased pyrex pan. (MAKES OWN CRUST.) Bake 325 degrees 45 minutes or until set.
