3 slices soft bread
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. catsup
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix together and form patties. Broil or barbecue. You can bake also in 360 degree oven for 12 minutes.
