ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Cut in butter; add yeast and buttermilk. Stir to blend. Refrigerate overnight. Knead on floured board. Roll out thickness desired. Cut into biscuits and put in greased pan. Brush tops with melted butter.

Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
