TUNA SUPREME 
1 can light tuna, drained and chopped
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cooked frozen peas or canned peas
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Line a square casserole dish with crushed potato chips. Mix with above ingredients. Pour mixture into casserole and cover with 1/2 inch layer of crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Can be frozen or stored in refrigerator and reheated.
