24 lg. tomatoes
3 red mangos, chopped fine
3 green mangos, chopped fine
4 med. onions, chopped fine
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Peel tomatoes and chop. Mix and boil 1 hour or until thick. Stir every little bit. Can in pints and seal. Very good to put in baked beans.
