VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
20 Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Mix the first 6 ingredients together, salt and pepper to taste and place in a 6 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and spread over top. Return to oven for 20 minutes.
