GRATED CHEESE POTATOES 
6 red potatoes (new potatoes)
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream (1 c.)
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
Grated cheddar cheese (2 c.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes with jackets on. Let cool; peel and grate. Mix melted butter, 1 cup sour cream and onions. Add to potatoes. Add salt, pepper and 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Mix well (in mixer).

Put in long casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/2-1 cup cheese on top. Let set in refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (Freezes well before baking.)
