CHEESY POPOVERS 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. wheat flour
1/3 c. finely grated cheddar cheese

Use all white flour, if you prefer.

Beat eggs and milk until well blended. Add flour and cheese. Beat until smooth. Pour into 8 greased muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
