OVEN CRISP CHICKEN 
1 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 fryer, cut up

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt, and pepper in plastic bag. Melt Crisco in 9 x 13 inch baking dish in oven. Shake chicken in bag with Bisquick mix. Place in dish in single layer, skin side down. Bake 45 minutes, turning once after 30 minutes.
