BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil 1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt

CREAM FILLING:

6 oz. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, unbeaten
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, vinegar and water. Sift and add flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Mix. Fill cup 1/3 full, drop spoonful of cream filling inside. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
