1 chicken, cut up
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix
1 jar Wishbone Red Russian dressing

Combine apricot preserves, onion soup mix, and Russian dressing. Place chicken in baking pan, pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, then 15 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees. Serve with rice.
