GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 to 2 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Cook in an oblong cake pan or 4 quart Pyrex dish. Spray dish with Pam. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut and pecans. Have cream cheese at room temperature, soft.

Melt butter, mix butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar with mixer until blended well. Spread mixture over cake mix and cook for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
