GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 bag coconut

Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle nuts in bottom. Pour in cake (mixed up using instructions on cake mix box). Melt butter, mix with cream cheese, powdered sugar. Add coconut. Drop by spoonsful on top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Do not turn upside down!
