UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Coconut
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Spray a 9"x13" pan with Pam. On the bottom of the pan, sprinkle 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Then top with a layer of coconut. Then mix one German chocolate cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour this mixture on top of the pecans and coconut. Mix 1 stick melted butter, 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar together. Spread on top of unbaked chocolate cake mixture.

Bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool completely and turn out on cake plate. Yield: 24 servings.
