GERMAN PANCAKE 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter

Whip eggs until thick and foamy. Add milk, flour, salt and beat until fluffy. Heat butter in 13x9 cake pan. Pour butter in 13x9 cake pan. Pour batter into pan over butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
