GERMAN PANCAKES | |
1 c. milk 6 eggs 1 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. butter 4 servings. With hand beater blend milk, eggs, flour and salt. In 9 x 11 inch pan melt butter in oven until hot and sizzling. Pour batter into hot pan, and bake immediately at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until puffed and light brown. Serve at once with powdered sugar and lemon juice, or fresh applesauce with dash of cinnamon, or fresh strawberries with whipped cream. |
