GERMAN PANCAKES 
1 c. sifted flour
6 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Lemon, powdered sugar, butter

Gradually add flour to eggs, beating with any beater or blender. Stir in milk, butter, salt. Grease well two 9-10 inch skillets or cake dishes. Bake very hot, 450 for 20 minutes. Loosen with wide spatula. Serve at once or will fall. (Best to run second dish in 10 minutes after first.) Serve with butter, lemon and powdered sugar. Serves 4.
