SWEET & SOUR GREEN BEANS 
3 c. (16 oz.) whole green beans, drained
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
6 slices (1/2 c.) bacon, cooked & crumbled
Bacon grease

Combine green beans and onions. Bring vinegar, sugar and bacon grease to a boil. Pour over green beans and onions. Put in ziplock bag, marinate for 24 hours. Pour in casserole dish. Crumble bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
