SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
16 oz. frozen combo thawed, drained
1 (16 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. pimento, chopped and drained
1 can French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and return to oven uncovered for 5 minutes. 6 servings.

Combo = 16 ounce bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.
