CHEESE STICKS | |
1/2 lb. aged cheese 3 c. flour (or less) 2 sticks butter 1/2 tsp. each salt and red pepper Soften cheese (do not melt) and butter. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix well (stiff dough). Shape into sticks or rings. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (Should be dry, but not brown.) |
