LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

TOPPING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 c.)

Prepare Jello. Add oil to cake mix; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each. Add lemon extract and Jello; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in ungreased large rectangular pan until almost done. Remove from oven and puncture cake top all over with fork. Spread with topping while cake is warm so topping can seep through.
