CONSTANTINA COFFEE CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1 pkg. Jello lemon instant pudding TOPPING: 1 tbsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. sugar Beat eggs, water and mix for 2-3 minutes. Beat in oil. Pour in pudding mix and beat well. Pour 1/2 in 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle topping and then pour balance of batter on top. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
