CAESAR'S FISH 
1 lb. flounder fillets
1/2 c. golden Caesar salad dressing
1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Arrange fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle dressing over fillets; sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; top with cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
