EASY ROLLS 
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 dry yeast cake
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. warm water

Scald milk and butter. Cool and pour into large bowl. Add sugar and salt. Into small bowl, mix yeast cake and warm water until yeast is dissolved. Then add to milk mixture. Add flour and knead. Set aside, covered, and let rise until double in size. Then knead again and put into greased muffin tins. Let rise again and bake at 350 degrees until brown.
