HOG PODGE 
1 can peas
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1 can water chestnuts
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
3 slices cheese (any kind)
Various kinds of luncheon meat (finely chopped)
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
Salad dressing
1 c. rice (opt.)

Cook Ramen noodles and peanuts and boil eggs at same time (saves time and water). Warm peas and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together, the meat choices are up to you as are the cheese flavors. Add salad dressing. Enjoy.

VARIATIONS: Add rice. Another variation, fry noodles and or rice and all ingredients in olive oil.
