PIN WHEELS 
1 pkg. thinly sliced ham
1 block of cream cheese
1 bunch of small green onions

Soften cream cheese and spread on ham. Place scallion width wise on ham. Roll until the ham slice is in a roll. Chill. Cut the roll into small rolls. (Pinwheels.)

I make this all the time for parties - but add 1 tbsp. of sweet pickle relish (drained). This is usually the first thing to disappear and everyone begs for the recipe. I also use the "honey ham" slices in the lunch meat section. This is a keeper.
