BOURBON BALLS 
1 stick butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. bourbon

Work together to form balls. If mixture is dry, add canned milk. If mixture is wet, add more sugar. Roll into small balls, place on buttered paper. 1/2 cake paraffin or more

In a double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin. Cool about 5 minutes after melted. Dip ball in chocolate mixture to coat. Place a pecan on top to puff off fork. Let dry.
