BOURBON BALLS 
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar (sifted and then measured)
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. light corn syrup (White Karo)
1/4 c. Bourbon (or Rum or Brandy)
Powdered sugar

Mix crumbs, cocoa, powdered sugar and nuts. Add corn syrup and liquor. Thoroughly mix together. Form in 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store in a covered can. These taste better after a few days.
