BOURBON BALLS | |
2 c. vanilla wafer cookie crumbs, rolled fine 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. white corn syrup (Karo) 1/2 c. bourbon or rum Roll vanilla wafers into fine crumbs. Add all ingredients, mix well. Shape by the teaspoon into firm round balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator for 4 to 7 days for best results. |
