DIRTY RICE 
1 lb. chicken livers, cooked and mashed
1 lg. onion
1 c. rice, cooked
1 stalk celery
2 bulbs garlic
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. flour, salt and pepper

Put oil in saucepan, heat until hot, add flour and cook until golden brown, then add onions, brown. Add all ingredients and cook 1/2 hour. Add rice to mashed chicken livers. (You can use shrimp and oysters and ground meat).
