TURKEY - RICE CASSEROLE | |
1-1 1/2 lb. ground turkey 1 lg. onion, diced 1 tsp. salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 1/2 cans water 1 c. brown rice, raw 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown turkey with onion and salt. Add soups and water. Rinse rice and add to meat mixture. Add Worcestershire and soy sauce. Mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. |
