TURKEY - WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 1/4 c. milk
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained & sliced
2 1/4 c. cooked wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S® long grain)
3 c. cooked cut up turkey
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Immediately stir in chicken broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

Stir in rice, turkey, green pepper and pimento. Pour into a greased baking dish, 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake 40-45 minutes.
