FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 bunch asparagus, cut
3 lg. carrots, sliced or shred
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, sliced

Can leave out or add vegetables in season such as red pepper, cucumber, celery, peas, etc.

Pour dressing over vegetables. Let set several hours before serving. Will keep 1 week.
