FROSTING FOR SURPRISE CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
White and dark chocolate curls (optional)

In large bowl with mixer at high, beat cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Assembly: place on cake layer on plate, spread with frosting. Add second layer, swirl remaining frosting over cake. Decorate and serve. Cake serves 12 to 16.
