POTATOES MARGARET 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
5 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs

Combine sour cream, milk and onion. Place half the potatoes in a greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add half the sour cream mixture. Repeat layers.

Melt butter, add crumbs and toss to mix; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
