POTATO CANDY | |
1 sm. potato 1 tsp. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar Peanut butter Boil 1 small potato in salted water. Mash when done: add 1 teaspoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in 1 box powdered sugar until dough consistency. Turn out on waxed paper and knead until shiny. Roll to approximately 1/2-inch thick. Spread with peanut butter, roll like jelly roll. Put in refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and cut. |
