EGGLESS BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced
minced garlic
ham cubes
1 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. cornflakes, crushed

Melt 1 stick butter, cream cheese, soup, onion and garlic. Line 9x13-inch pan with ham. Cover with hash browns. Drizzle melted mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Drizzle remaining 1/2 stick melted butter over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour.
