BROOKE'S CHILI | |
1 pound ground hamburger meat 1 large can tomato juice 1 can rotel 1 can chili beans 1 can pinton beans 2 chili powder packages 1 large bell pepper 1 meduim onion garlic salt butter While you brown meat, cut bell pepper and onion into diced-size pieces. Place in a skillet with 1 stick butter and season well with garlic salt. Drain meat, return to pot. Add the chili powder and mix well. Then add the rest of the ingredients to meat. When bell pepper and onion are half way done, pour it in to the chili. Simmer for about an hour and enjoy. Submitted by: Brooke Shaw |
