CROUTON HOT DISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
3 stalks celery
1/2 c. water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. butter
1 box seasoned croutons
1 can cream of celery soup

Spread the uncooked meat on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Chop and simmer the onion and celery in butter and water. Pour celery and onions over croutons; layer it over the hamburger. Mix soups and spread over crouton mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
